You have 7 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. We recommend inspecting your items immediately upon delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must not be worn, washed, or used
All tags must be attached
Item should be in its original box/packaging
Order number or receipt required
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Print the return label provided in your approval email and attach it to your package.
Drop off your package at any designated shipping location. Keep the receipt as proof of return.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund. You'll receive a confirmation email when complete.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

We provide free return shipping labels for all approved returns. The cost of return shipping will be covered by us.
We do not charge any restocking fees. You'll receive a full refund of the item price.

If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund for the original item.
